Account & Data Deletion
This page explains how to delete your account and the personal data linked to it in the Reçber mobile application and the recbertarim.com web service. The data we process is listed in our Privacy Policy.
1. Deleting In-App (recommended)
- Sign in to the Reçber application.
- Go to Settings → Delete Account.
- Once you confirm, your account and data are deleted; this cannot be undone.
2. Deletion Request by E-mail
If you no longer have access to the app, send an e-mail titled “Account Deletion Request” from your registered e-mail address to info@recbertarim.com. Your request is processed after identity verification and you are notified of the result by e-mail.
3. Data Deleted and Retained
- Deleted: account details (e-mail, name, username), land and project records, soil analysis results, photos, push notification tokens and usage history.
- Temporary retention: after deletion, data is removed from systems and backups or anonymised within a reasonable technical period.
- Legal exception: records that must be retained by law (e.g. purchase and invoice records) are kept for the statutory period and destroyed afterwards.
