Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern the agreement between you (“User”) and the Reçber mobile application and the recbertarim.com web service (together, the “Service”). You expressly accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy during sign-up; continuing to use the Service also constitutes acceptance of the current Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Service.
1. Description of the Service
Reçber is an agricultural decision-support platform offering land analysis, weather tracking, market data, satellite imagery and AI-assisted recommendations. The Service provides information and suggestions to support your agricultural decisions; it does not replace professional agronomy, veterinary, legal or financial advice.
2. Account and Responsibility
- You must create an account with accurate and up-to-date information.
- You are responsible for the security of your account (including password confidentiality).
- You may use the Service only in compliance with the law and these Terms.
- You declare that you are over 18 years of age.
3. Credits and Payments
- Credit system: Certain analyses and features are offered in exchange for credits. Credits are digital content; they are tied to your account and cannot be converted to cash or transferred.
- Purchases: Credit packages are bought in the mobile app via in-app purchase (IAP) through the Apple App Store and Google Play. Payment is collected through the payment method linked to your store account.
- Refunds: Refunds for in-app purchases are subject to the refund policies of the Apple App Store and Google Play. Consumed (used) credits are, as a rule, non-refundable.
- Price changes: Credit prices and the credit cost per analysis may change with prior notice; changes do not affect your existing balance.
- Promotional credits, such as new-registration gifts, are granted unilaterally and do not create any entitlement.
4. Limitation of Liability
All outputs provided within the Service — such as weather forecasts, crop recommendations, irrigation/spraying suitability, yield and price projections — are for informational purposes only and are based on publicly available scientific models and third-party data sources. These outputs do not constitute a guarantee; actual results may differ due to uncertainties in weather, soil, market and biological conditions. You bear final responsibility for your agricultural, financial and operational decisions. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Reçber cannot be held liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service or reliance on its outputs.
5. Acceptable Use
- Reverse engineering the Service or overloading it with automated tools is prohibited.
- Attempting to access other users’ data without authorization is prohibited.
- Using the Service unlawfully, deceptively or in violation of third-party rights is prohibited.
6. Intellectual Property
All software, designs, trademarks and content of the Service belong to Reçber or its licensors. The land and project data you add belong to you; you permit us to process this data within the framework of the Privacy Policy so that we can provide the Service.
7. Modification and Termination of the Service
We may modify, suspend or terminate features of the Service with prior notice. We reserve the right to suspend or close your account if you violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Turkish courts and enforcement offices have jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms.
9. Changes
Updates to these Terms are published on this page; significant changes are additionally announced in the app. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the current Terms.
