Safety Policy
This policy explains our rules on user safety, the protection of children and user-generated content within the Reçber mobile application and the recbertarim.com web service (together, the “Service”). It applies together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. Intended Audience
The Service is intended for adult users engaged in agricultural production and is not designed for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children or provide content directed at children.
2. Child Safety Standards
We apply zero tolerance towards child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). Accordingly:
- Any content or behaviour that depicts, promotes or normalises the abuse or exploitation of children is strictly prohibited.
- Content identified as such is removed immediately, the related account is terminated, and the matter is reported to the competent authorities in accordance with applicable law.
- Our designated point of contact for child safety reports is info@recbertarim.com. Such reports are reviewed with priority.
- This policy is maintained in line with the Google Play Child Safety Standards and relevant national and international regulations.
3. User Content Rules
Users may create limited content within the Service (e.g. job listings, profile information). The following content is prohibited:
- Illegal, threatening, harassing content or content glorifying violence,
- Any content targeting or endangering children,
- Hate speech and discriminatory statements,
- Obscene or sexually explicit content,
- Fraudulent, misleading or impersonating content,
- Content disclosing other people’s personal data without consent.
Content violating these rules is reviewed upon detection or report; it may be removed and the related account may be suspended or terminated.
4. Reporting Mechanism
You can report safety violations, prohibited content or suspicious behaviour to info@recbertarim.com. Reports are reviewed as soon as possible; reports concerning child safety always take priority. The identity of the reporting user is not shared with third parties except where legally required.
5. Account Security
- Passwords are stored as irreversible hashes; no plain-text passwords are kept.
- If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, change your password immediately and notify us.
- We recommend that you do not share your account credentials and that you use a strong password.
6. Enforcement
Violations of this policy may result in appropriate measures including removal of content, temporary suspension or permanent termination of the account, and, where necessary, notification of the competent authorities.
7. Changes
Updates to this policy are published on this page; material changes are additionally announced within the application.
